Important work shouldn’t disappear when business gets busy.

ARIN is managed staff for your real-estate practice. It shows you what needs attention and prepares the next piece of work in your voice. Anything client-facing stays on hold until you approve it.

See if ARIN fits

A short conversation about your business and whether ARIN could help.

Built by a team that knows real estate and technology.

Our team combines decades of real-estate experience with product, software, and AI expertise. We are building ARIN around the follow-up, preparation, and judgment that real client work demands.

The day takes over. The follow-up still matters.

We know how quickly inspections, showings, and vendor calls can push an important follow-up out of view. ARIN helps keep that work from disappearing.

Use the time you have on the work that matters most.

Tell ARIN how much time you have. It recommends one useful action, prepares what you need, and keeps the commitment in front of you when it would be easy to put it off.

Questions you may have.

Choose a question to see the answer.

How does ARIN help me decide what matters first?

ARIN can consider the time you have, the commitments and business details you approved, and what is still unresolved. It recommends one next action and explains why it rose to the top. The ten-minute workflow above is illustrative; you decide whether to act or ask for another option.

Can ARIN help keep client follow-up from slipping?

From the business information you approve, ARIN can surface an open commitment and prepare the next piece of work for review. The goal is to make an important follow-up harder to lose when transactions stack up. ARIN does not contact the client for you.

Will ARIN's drafts sound like me, or like generic AI?

ARIN uses AI agent technology to organize approved business information and prepare drafts. During setup, you choose the writing examples and preferences it may use. AI can still miss your tone or misunderstand a detail, so every client-facing draft stays editable and unsent until you approve it.

Do I have to replace my CRM or learn another dashboard?

No. ARIN is designed to work alongside the systems you keep. Any CRM, email, or calendar connection is agreed during setup and limited to the information you approve. The initial working relationship uses text messages and voice notes; a simple app and voice-call channel are planned for future releases.

What information can ARIN use?

You approve which sources and business information ARIN may use. Missing, outdated, or uncertain information is clearly marked for your review. ARIN does not receive unrestricted access to your CRM, mailbox, MLS, or client data.

What work is ARIN designed to handle first?

For the selective first release, ARIN focuses on daily prioritization and follow-up continuity. It also prepares drafts around client and transaction work. It is not a full transaction-coordinator replacement. It will not run autonomous outreach or promise more leads or revenue.

What happens after I ask to be considered?

Our team reviews your request. If ARIN may fit the way you work, we will invite you to a conversation. A consideration request is not an automatic signup or a promise of access.
